Shape & silhouette
A wide rectangular platform hangs beneath a fine canopy outline. Slender vertical lines frame the seat, and the open sides let you see the platform as you move through the room. The low front edge offsets the taller suspension profile.
The seat
A mattress-style seat and continuous rear bolster form two clear horizontal lines. Ink Navy deepens under warm evening light and has enough blue to contrast with cream drapery and stained walnut.

02 · In the room
A setting for Ink Navy
Use full-height cream drapes and walnut flooring, with a low bronze table set clear of the platform. Include the full suspension and canopy in the main view so the relationship between the high outline and the broad seat is visible.
Where it fits visually — A high-ceiling lounge, a generous primary suite, or a large enclosed sitting room.
The Long Pause collection explores longer seat profiles, with distinct shapes for reclining, sitting upright, and stretching out.
03 · Before you choose
Plan your space
Room layout
Check the model’s verified dimensions and required movement clearance against your floor plan. Account for the full travel of the seat, nearby walls and windows, and the path you need to enter and leave the seat. Keep lamps, tables, drapery, and cords outside that area.
Finish and care
View the color in the light you use most often. Daylight and warm lamps can bring out different undertones. Follow the care label for the finish and upholstery, and use only the cleaning methods it permits.
04 · Read before use
Safety Warnings
- Fall and impact hazard. Use this seat only after setup and inspection in accordance with the exact model’s instructions.
- Follow the verified maximum load and occupancy limits. Confirm those limits before use, including for bench and daybed shapes.
- Use indoors for gentle seated movement. Do not jump, stand, climb, or swing vigorously. Keep children supervised and keep fingers clear of moving connections.
- Stop using the seat if a suspension part loosens, frays, cracks, or bends, or if the stand shifts during use. Consult support before using it again.
05 · Setup and care
User Guide
Use this checklist alongside the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact model. Obtain those instructions before setup.
- Unpack and check. Match all parts to the model guide and check for damage before assembly.
- Prepare the support. Have a qualified installer assess the ceiling structure and confirm that the mounting arrangement is suitable for this exact model. Follow the manufacturer’s approved mounting method and hardware requirements. Drywall, suspended ceilings, decorative beams, and unverified anchors must never be used as supports.
- Inspect before use. Check that all suspension connections are secure and that the seat is level or aligned as shown in the model guide. Have the installer complete the manufacturer’s required checks before anyone uses the seat.
- Maintain the seat. Check the suspension and supports regularly using the intervals and procedures in the manufacturer’s guide. Keep upholstery dry and follow the care label.
