These Terms of Use govern access to rivqelia.com, the online store operated by Xinyi Langtu Network Technology Co., Ltd. under the RIVQELIA™ brand. They apply when you browse our indoor swing lounger collection, use site features, submit content, or contact customer support.

Our Terms and Conditions govern purchases. Read those terms alongside our Payment and Security, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy when placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Using the Store

You may browse the site, compare products, and use the available shopping and support features for personal purposes. When you submit information, provide accurate and current details. If you need to correct information associated with an order or support request, contact us promptly.

Use the site lawfully. Prohibited activities include fraud, impersonation, phishing, distributing malware, bypassing security controls, accessing accounts or systems without permission, and using automated tools to collect personal information or disrupt the site. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or prevent misuse.

Our product pages describe indoor swing loungers, including freestanding models, ceiling-hung chairs, swing benches, and hanging daybeds. Check the listing and instructions for your exact model when reviewing dimensions, included components, or setup requirements. Product photos may show room furnishings or styling accessories. The listing identifies what comes with your order.

The RIVQELIA™ name, logo, product images, written descriptions, graphics, and other site materials belong to or are used with permission from their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or use of protected material requires permission unless applicable law allows it.
