These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of indoor swing loungers and related services through rivqelia.com. The store operates under the RIVQELIA™ brand and is operated by Xinyi Langtu Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase. Read these Terms together with our Payment and Security, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence if they conflict with these Terms.

1. Product Information and Availability

Our collection includes freestanding swing loungers, ceiling-hung chairs, swing benches, and hanging daybeds. Check the individual listing for the selected model’s dimensions, finish, suspension type, and included components. Room settings and accessories shown in product images are for styling purposes unless the listing identifies them as included.

Colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. If a product is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, the remedies available under our policies and applicable law still apply.

Before ordering, check the stand footprint or overhead mounting requirements and the clearance needed around the seat. For ceiling-hung models, have a qualified installer assess the proposed mounting location. Follow the instructions for your specific model, including its stated load and occupancy limits.

Product availability can change while you shop. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

2. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to make the purchase and authorization to use your selected payment method. Before submitting payment, check the model, finish, quantity, delivery address, and billing information.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout shows the available payment methods and the total, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts, before you submit payment. If your payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and gives you an order number. Orders may still be subject to payment authorization, inventory, and fulfillment checks. Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as failed payment, suspected unauthorized activity, unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery address, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an item after collecting payment, we’ll refund the amount paid for the canceled item and any related charges due back to you.

Enter payment details through checkout or the payment provider’s own payment screen. If you need help, send us your order number and a description of the issue. Keep full card numbers, security codes, passwords, and verification codes out of support messages.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Email service@rivqelia.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change or cancellation you’re requesting. We’ll check the fulfillment status and confirm what we can do. If the order has already shipped, see our Return and Refund Policy for available options. Any statutory cancellation rights remain available.

4. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Standard order processing takes 2–5 business days before dispatch and may take up to 6 business days during holidays or major promotions. Our Shipping Policy lists estimated transit times by destination. A $6.99 USD flat shipping fee per order applies to destinations we serve. If we expect to miss the stated dispatch window, we’ll email you with a revised estimate and your options to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Federal Trade Commission

Depending on the model, the seat, stand, and hardware may arrive in separate cartons. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you can’t locate the shipment, or if delivery could not be completed, contact us with your order and tracking numbers so we can review the issue.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees due on arrival unless checkout expressly shows those charges as prepaid. Customs clearance may extend transit.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You can request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the lounger must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and complete with its original packaging and supplied components. Provide proof of purchase and follow the eligibility conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us before arranging a return. We’ll provide the designated return address and any applicable packing, label, or pickup instructions. Use the address provided for your order. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the credit still hasn’t appeared, email us with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, send us your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the affected item, packaging, or shipping label can help us review it. If a frame, stand, or suspension component is damaged or missing, pause assembly and use while we review your request.

6. Website Content, Reviews, and Acceptable Use

The RIVQELIA™ name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and other store content belong to or are used with permission from their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction of protected material requires authorization unless permitted by law.

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, share material you have the right to post. We may moderate submissions that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or improperly disclose personal information. Customers may share honest opinions about their purchases.

Use the store lawfully. Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, and interference with checkout or site security are prohibited. Website features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions.

7. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information related to browsing, purchases, and customer support. Payment providers, carriers, and other external services may have their own terms and privacy practices when you interact with them directly.

8. Consumer Rights and Disputes

These Terms preserve mandatory rights concerning product conformity, safety, delivery, cancellation, refunds, and other remedies. For eligible EU distance purchases, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply separately from our voluntary 30-day return window. europa.eu

If a dispute arises, you can contact customer support for help. Any applicable law and court jurisdiction will be determined under the rules that apply to the transaction, including mandatory protections and access to courts available in your jurisdiction.

9. Updates to These Terms

We’ll post revisions on this page and update the date at the top. The terms presented when you placed your order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
